MEP & Safety Engineer

We are seeking a qualified and experienced MEP & Safety Engineer to join our engineering and safety team at a specialized women’s healthcare hospital in Karachi.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing (MEP) systems across the hospital

Ensure strict compliance with healthcare safety standards and fire safety regulations

Conduct regular safety audits and risk assessments

Coordinate with facility management for preventive and corrective maintenance

Support emergency preparedness planning and execution

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

Preferred any additional professional safety qualification like NEBOSH (IGC or equivalent), IOSH Managing Safely, OSHA Certification, Fire Safety / Industrial Safety Certification.

Valid PEC registration (preferred)

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in hospital or healthcare infrastructure

Strong knowledge of MEP systems, HVAC, medical gas systems, and fire safety compliance

Familiarity with hospital safety standards and regulatory requirements

Strong problem-solving ability with excellent technical and communication skills
