MEP Sales Engineer (UAE Driving License Mandatory)

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven MEP Sales Executive / Sales Engineer to drive business growth by promoting and selling our Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) solutions. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical knowledge with proven sales experience to deliver tailored, value-driven solutions to clients in the construction sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities within the MEP sector to meet and exceed sales targets
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with contractors, developers, consultants, and property managers
• Understand client requirements, specifications, and project needs related to HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems
• Provide technical consultation and recommend suitable MEP solutions
• Prepare and deliver technical and commercial proposals, presentations, and tenders
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming project opportunities
• Coordinate with internal engineering and project teams to ensure smooth execution and client satisfaction
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts

Requirements / Qualifications

• Proven sales experience in MEP, HVAC, or the construction industry
• Strong technical understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to build relationships and network effectively within the industry
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory)
• Valid UAE driving license (mandatory)

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
