Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven MEP Sales Executive / Sales Engineer to drive business growth by selling our Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) services and solutions. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical knowledge with proven sales expertise to deliver value-driven solutions to contractors, developers, and property managers within the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new sales opportunities within the MEP sector to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with contractors, developers, consultants, and property managers
  • Understand client requirements and technical specifications related to HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems
  • Provide technical consultation and propose tailored MEP solutions
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of company services, products, and industry trends
  • Prepare and deliver technical and commercial proposals, presentations, and tenders
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and upcoming project pipelines
  • Coordinate with internal engineering, technical, and project teams to ensure smooth project execution

Requirements / Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales within the MEP, HVAC, or construction industry
  • Strong understanding of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to build rapport and network effectively within the construction sector
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field (preferred but not mandatory)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
