MEP Sales & Marketing Executive (Commission-Based)

Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and well-connected MEP Sales & Marketing Executive to generate business opportunities and expand our client base across Oman. The ideal candidate should have strong industry connections and the ability to secure projects in the MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the MEP sector.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and project owners.
• Promote company services including HVAC, maintenance, and MEP contracting works.
• Generate leads and convert them into confirmed projects.
• Coordinate with internal teams for project execution and client requirements.
• Achieve agreed sales targets and revenue goals.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in MEP sales/marketing within Oman.
• Strong network and connections with contractors, consultants, and clients.
• Good knowledge of HVAC and MEP systems.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated and target-driven.

Compensation:

• Commission-based structure (percentage on secured projects).
• High earning potential based on performance.

Preferred:

• Valid Oman driving license.
• Existing client database or active industry contacts.

Pay: RO250.000 - RO1,200.000 per month
