MEP Senior Technician with Diving License

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Technician to lead the mobile team, oversee and perform preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems in commercial or residential buildings, ensuring safety, quality, and compliance with UAE regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Drive and maintain the mobile service vehicle, ensuring it is operated safely and kept fully stocked with all necessary tools and materials.

Perform high-level technical repairs and preventative maintenance tasks across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems personally.

Provide direct, on-the-job supervision and technical training to the mobile team members during all site visits.

Diagnose complex building system failures and determine the most efficient repair methods for the crew to execute.

Conduct thorough quality inspections of all work performed by the team to ensure it meets professional standards and building codes.

Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols, including the correct use of PPE and compliance with Abu Dhabi safety regulations for the entire crew.

Manage the inventory of the mobile unit, tracking parts used and identifying items that need to be reordered.

Serve as the primary point of contact for property managers or tenants, providing clear explanations of repairs and timelines.

Document all work in real-time using mobile maintenance software, including labor hours, materials, and detailed technical reports.

Lead the team’s response to emergency or after-hours repair calls, ensuring rapid and effective resolution of critical issues.

Ensure all job sites are left clean and professional after the completion of repairs.

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial or industrial building maintenance.

Diploma / ITI in HVAC, Electrical, or related trade.

Awareness of UAE safety standards and FM practices.

Proven expertise in multiple trades, including advanced electrical (circuits, lighting, motors), plumbing (pipe fitting, fixtures, commercial water heaters), and HVAC (preventative maintenance and minor repairs).

Availability for emergency on-call rotations, including nights and weekends as required by the mobile team schedule.

Valid UAE driver’s license is a must
