Job Title: MEP Site Engineer (Fit-Out Experience)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced MEP Site Engineer with strong interior fit-out project experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage and supervise MEP installations within interior spaces, ensuring all works are executed according to design, quality, and safety standards, while closely coordinating with the fit-out team.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all on-site MEP activities related to interior fit-out works.
• Review and implement MEP shop drawings, coordination drawings, and fit-out layouts.
• Monitor installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire-fighting, and ELV systems within interior environments.
• Ensure MEP installations align with architectural finishes and avoid clashes with joinery, ceiling, and partition works.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with quality, safety, and project specifications.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and fit-out contractors for smooth workflow.
• Identify, report, and resolve technical or on-site constraints promptly.
• Prepare progress reports, site logs, and inspection requests.
• Support project handover by ensuring proper documentation, testing results, and client approvals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related Engineering field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in MEP works, including proven experience in interior fit-out projects (offices, retail, hospitality, residential, etc.).
• Strong understanding of MEP systems integration in interior environments.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and relevant engineering software.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and team coordination skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in fast-track fit-out projects.
• Knowledge of local authority regulations and approval processes.
• Ability to manage multiple subcontractors simultaneously.
