MEP Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and hands-on MEP Supervisor to oversee the operation and maintenance of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems across our facilities. The role involves supervising technicians, ensuring preventive and corrective maintenance, coordinating with contractors, and maintaining compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day activities of MEP technicians and ensure effective execution of maintenance tasks.
• Oversee the operation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
• Plan and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Ensure all MEP works are executed in compliance with safety standards, Dubai Municipality regulations, and company policies.
• Conduct inspections, identify faults, and implement solutions to minimize breakdowns and downtime.
• Prepare maintenance reports, checklists, and work completion documentation.
• Monitor material and spare parts inventory; raise purchase requests as required.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and service providers for specialized works.
• Support energy-saving initiatives and efficiency improvements in MEP systems.
• Train and guide technicians to maintain high standards of service delivery.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 4–6 years of experience in facilities management or building maintenance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, and fire fighting systems.
• Familiarity with CAFM systems and maintenance reporting tools.
• Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
