MEP Supervisor

Job Summary:
Oversees the operation, maintenance, and repair of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant facility performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise MEP technicians, contractors, and vendors.
• Manage preventive and corrective maintenance of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire systems.
• Ensure compliance with QCS, Kahramaa, and Civil Defense standards.
• Conduct system inspections and report issues to the MEP Engineer or Facility Manager.
• Maintain records, schedules, and reports of maintenance activities.
• Ensure safety compliance and provide technical guidance to team members.

Qualifications:

• Diploma/Bachelor’s in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in MEP/FM operations.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire systems.
• Good leadership, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
