Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage all MEP activities on construction sites, ensuring compliance with project specifications, local regulations, and safety standards.
• Coordinate with project managers, architects, and engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems.
• Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of MEP systems and ensure they meet quality and performance standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits to monitor progress and identify any potential issues or areas for improvement.
• Provide technical guidance and support to MEP contractors and ensure that all work is completed on time and within budget.
• Prepare and submit detailed site reports and documentation for project stakeholders.
• Ensure effective communication and collaboration among all project teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in MEP supervision on construction sites in Dubai.
• In-depth knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and standards.
• Proven track record of managing complex MEP projects from inception to completion.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
