MEP Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Plan and supervise the MEP system installations according to project specifications.
• Coordinate daily with project teams and subcontractors to ensure timeline adherence.
• Monitor progress and quality of MEP works on site, adjusting strategies as needed.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations at all times.
• Develop and maintain effective working relationships with all stakeholders.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure quality and efficiency in operations.
• Participate actively in project meetings and provide insights on MEP solutions.
• Review MEP designs and provide feedback for any necessary adjustments.
• Prepare detailed reports for senior management regarding MEP project progress.
• Oversee the testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of MEP systems.
• Manage and resolve issues regarding equipment performance and system efficiency.
• Ensure that all work is carried out to industry standards and specifications.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2years of experience in MEP supervision.
• Excellent understanding of MEP systems, standards, and industry regulations.
• Proven experience in managing and leading project teams effectively.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential for this role.
• Proficient in project management software and MS Office applications.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight project deadlines efficiently.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month

License/Certification:

• UAE Driving License (Required)
