MEP Supervisor

We are a reputed Facilities Management company. We urgently require MEP Site Supervisors. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient maintenance, high safety standards, and smooth day-to-day operation of all MEP systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily MEP maintenance activities (HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, fire-fighting, etc.).
• Assign tasks to technicians and ensure timely completion of preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Inspect and troubleshoot MEP equipment, including pumps, AHUs/FCUs, electrical panels, lighting systems, and plumbing fixtures.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and statutory regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance work, breakdowns, and spare parts usage.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized services.
• Prepare reports and update the facility manager on system performance and issues.
• A minimum of 4 years of GCC experience having worked as a MEP or site supervisor.
• A diploma or graduation in Mechanical/ Electrical engineering.
• Good experience in facilities management
