MEP Supervisor

An MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems on construction sites or within facilities. They ensure that these systems are being installed and maintained in accordance with project specifications, codes, and safety standards.

Skills & Knowledge:

• Technical Knowledge: In-depth understanding of MEP systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems) and their functions.
• Project Management: Ability to oversee projects, manage resources, and meet deadlines.
• Team Leadership: Strong supervisory and leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and subcontractors effectively.
• Problem-Solving: Excellent troubleshooting skills to quickly identify and fix issues.
• Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and report to management.
• Safety Awareness: Knowledge of safety standards and regulations within the MEP field.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to ensure that MEP systems are installed to the highest standards of quality.
