MEP Supervisor

Job Overview

DVN Group is hiring an experienced MEP Supervisor to manage mechanical, electrical, and plumbing works across assigned sites and support business development through client coordination and opportunity identification.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise MEP installation, maintenance, and repair works
• Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, safety standards, and project requirements
• Manage site teams, subcontractors, and daily work activities
• Conduct inspections, testing, and commissioning of MEP systems
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams
• Prepare progress reports, material requests, and site documentation
• Support business development by identifying new opportunities and assisting with proposals
• Maintain strong client relationships

Requirements

• Proven experience as an MEP Supervisor or similar role
• Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory)
• Strong technical knowledge of MEP systems
• Ability to contribute to business development and client engagement
• Good communication and reporting skills
• Ability to manage multiple sites independently

Preferred

• Experience in maintenance, facilities management, or construction
• Knowledge of UAE codes and standards
• Basic understanding of estimation or costing
