MEP Supervisor

Full job description:

We are seeking an experienced MEP Supervisor to oversee and coordinate mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection works on our projects. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with project specifications, maintain high-quality standards, and lead site teams to achieve timely project completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and oversee plumbing, HVAC, and electrical works on site.
• Coordinate daily activities of foremen, technicians, and helpers to ensure smooth workflow.
• Ensure all work complies with approved shop drawings, method statements, and project specifications.
• Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other trades to prevent clashes and delays.
• Monitor work progress, productivity, and adherence to project schedules.
• Verify the availability of materials, tools, and manpower for ongoing activities.
• Maintain high standards of quality control and workmanship at all stages.
• Enforce Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) regulations and conduct toolbox talks.
• Assist with testing, commissioning, inspections, and obtaining authority approvals.
• Identify site issues and provide technical guidance to the site team.
• Maintain accurate daily reports, manpower records, and work progress updates.
• Support snag rectification, handover, and close-out activities.
• Ensure proper housekeeping, material storage, and handling on site.

Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting MEP drawings and BOQs.
• Expertise in installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of MEP systems.
• Sound understanding of local codes and standards (DEWA, ADDC, Dubai Municipality, Civil Defense).
• Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
• Communication skills should be English and Hindi; Arabic is a plus.

Educational Qualification & Experience:

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of UAE experience in MEP supervision, preferably in MEP Maintenance, facilities management, or interior renovation and fit-out projects.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
