MEP Supervisor

1. Supervise execution of preventive and corrective maintenance for all MEP assets.

2. Allocate tasks and monitor performance of technicians and subcontractors.

3. Review and close CAFM/CMMS work orders and reports.

4. Prepare and submit technical and incident reports.

5. Coordinate material requisitions and follow-up with procurement.

6. Ensure compliance with QHSE policies and statutory regulations.

7. Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure quality.

8. Provide technical guidance and on-site training to technicians

9. Liaise with client representatives and attend meetings as required

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
