MEP Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced MEP Supervisor to oversee Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing works on construction project sites in the UAE. The ideal candidate will ensure that all MEP installations are executed according to design specifications, project schedules, quality standards, and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all MEP installation activities on-site
• Review MEP drawings, specifications, and ensure proper execution
• Monitor progress of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing works
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to resolve site issues
• Ensure compliance with UAE safety standards and company HSE policies
• Inspect ongoing and completed works to ensure quality standards are met
• Track material usage and coordinate with procurement for timely delivery
• Ensure timely completion of MEP works within project deadlines
• Maintain site documentation, progress reports, and daily activity logs
• Support testing, commissioning, and handover of MEP systems

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or related field)
• 2–4 years of experience as an MEP Supervisor in construction projects
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire fighting systems
• Ability to read and interpret MEP drawings and technical documents
• Experience in UAE construction projects preferred
• Strong leadership and site coordination skills
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of testing & commissioning procedures
• Familiarity with UAE local authority regulations (DEWA, Civil Defense, etc.)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
