MEP Supervisor / ELECTROMECHANICAL ENGINEER

Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified and experienced MEP Supervisor and Electro-Mechanical Engineer to join our facility management team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in MEP systems (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing), strong leadership and technical skills, and a valid UAE driving license. This role requires the ability to manage day-to-day operations, oversee maintenance teams, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day operations of MEP works in residential, commercial, and industrial facilities.
• Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Diagnose issues, propose solutions, and carry out repair and maintenance work where required.
• Manage a team of technicians and ensure timely execution of assigned tasks.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and MEP layouts.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
• Prepare and maintain reports on maintenance activities, equipment status, and site conditions.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
• Assist in budgeting, resource planning, and procurement of materials.
• Respond promptly to emergency breakdowns and service requests.
• Ensure proper documentation and handover of completed works.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Electro-Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 2 to 3 years of proven UAE experience in a similar role within the Facility Management industry.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical distribution, fire-fighting, plumbing, and BMS systems.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
• Familiarity with CAFM systems and maintenance reporting tools is an advantage.

Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
