MEP Supervisor - Swimming Pools

Star Swimming Pools is seeking an experienced MEP Supervisor with strong knowledge of swimming pool electrical and plumbing systems. The candidate will be responsible for supervising site execution, coordinating with engineers and technicians, and ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion of swimming pool projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise MEP works related to swimming pools, water features, and pump rooms
• Oversee installation of pool plumbing, circulation systems, and filtration piping
• Supervise electrical works including underwater lights, control panels, earthing, and cabling
• Coordinate with civil teams, subcontractors, and suppliers on-site
• Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications
• Conduct site inspections, testing, and commissioning support
• Maintain daily site reports and progress updates
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and project timelines

Requirements

• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in MEP supervision
• Mandatory experience in swimming pool MEP systems
• Strong knowledge of pool pumps, filters, heat pumps, dosing systems, and lighting
• Good understanding of plumbing layouts, pressure testing, and electrical safety
• Ability to read and interpret MEP drawings
• UAE experience required
• UAE driving license required
• Immediate joiners preferred
