About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Technical Manager – MEP to oversee and manage all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems across our residential high-rise communities. The role will function as the central technical authority, coordinating between head office, site-based facility teams, consultants, and contractors to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operation of all MEP services.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee operations & maintenance of MEP systems including:
- Electrical Systems: HT/LT Panels, Transformers, DG Sets, UPS, Solar Systems
- HVAC Systems
- Water & Sewage Treatment Plants (STP/WTP)
- Plumbing & Pumps
- Fire Detection & Fire-Fighting Systems
- Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance schedules for MEP assets.
- Ensure compliance with statutory safety norms, audits, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with project execution and MEP design teams for smooth handover of new towers/facilities.
- Review vendor performance, evaluate service contracts, and manage technical escalations.
- Guide and support site facility management teams in technical troubleshooting and operational improvements.
- Monitor utility consumption and implement energy optimization initiatives.
Requirements
- 8–10 years of experience in MEP facility management, preferably in residential high-rise projects.
- Strong working knowledge of MEP equipment, AMC management, asset life cycles, and statutory compliance.
- Proven ability to lead teams, resolve complex technical challenges, and manage vendor coordination.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹110,000.00 per month
