MEP Technician

Multi-Skilled MEP Technician – Dubai

Immediate start | AED 2.5–3.5 k total package

Position scope

Deliver reliable mechanical, electrical and plumbing services across high-end villas, apartments and small commercial properties. Work autonomously to diagnose faults, execute repairs and complete preventive-maintenance tasks with minimal supervision and zero rework.

Key responsibilities

- Install, test, commission and maintain MEP systems in accordance with company standards and applicable safety regulations.

- Prepare concise service reports, material lists and hand-over documentation for each assignment.

- Coordinate directly with supervisors and clients to schedule work, confirm access and obtain sign-off.

- Maintain company-provided tools, test equipment and vehicle inventory in good order.

- Must have extensive knowledge in HVAC systems.

Candidate profile

- Minimum three years of hands-on MEP experience within UAE residential or light-commercial environments.

- Competent in reading schematic diagrams, single-line drawings and plumbing risers.

- Proficient use of multimeter, pressure gauges, power hand-tools and common MEP fasteners.

- Safety-conscious; observes basic isolation, PPE and lock-out practices.

- Valid UAE visa or cancelled visa; available to join immediately.

- Monthly all-inclusive salary AED 2.5–3.5 k, overtime where applicable.
