We are looking for a dedicated MEP Technician to play a key role in our growth and success. Your responsibilities will include:

Mechanical:

• Inspect and diagnose issues with mechanical equipment such as pumps, valves, and piping systems
• Troubleshoot and repair leaks in pipes and fittings
• Install new mechanical equipment like air handlers, chillers, and boilers

Civil and Architectural Works:

• Install architectural interiors such as furniture, TVs, gypsum ceilings, and lighting fixtures

Electrical:

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, including panels, circuits, and wiring
• Diagnose issues with electrical equipment like motors, generators, and lighting systems
• Perform routine maintenance and safety tests

Plumbing:

• Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems and fixtures
• Inspect and diagnose issues with water heaters and plumbing equipment
• Ensure safety standards are met through testing and inspections

Qualifications:

• Diploma or technical certification in MEP
• Proven UAE work experience
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Strong understanding of maintenance and safety standards
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
