MEP Technician cum driver

We are looking for an experienced MEP Technician with a valid UAE driver’s license. Candidate must have strong experience in villas and residential maintenance works.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years experience in MEP maintenance
• Experience in villas and residential buildings
• Knowledge in electrical, plumbing, and AC maintenance
• Valid UAE driver’s license is mandatory
• Ability to troubleshoot and perform maintenance works independently
• Good communication skills
• Immediate joiners preferred

Responsibilities:

• Carry out preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance works for electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other MEP systems in villas and residential properties
• Diagnose and troubleshoot faults in power supply systems, lighting, DB panels, water supply lines, drainage systems, pumps, water heaters, FCUs, split AC units, and ventilation systems
• Perform installation, testing, commissioning, repair, and replacement of MEP components and equipment as required
• Conduct routine inspections and prepare reports identifying defects, technical issues, and maintenance requirements
• Ensure all maintenance works are completed in accordance with safety standards, company procedures, and client requirements
• Respond promptly to service requests, breakdowns, and emergency callouts while maintaining high-quality workmanship
• Coordinate with supervisors, suppliers, subcontractors, and clients regarding site conditions, material requirements, and work progress
• Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicle in proper working condition and report any issues immediately
• Read and interpret technical drawings, layouts, and maintenance manuals for troubleshooting and repair activities
• Monitor and inspect completed works to ensure proper functionality and compliance with operational standards
• Support renovation, fit-out, and modification works related to residential MEP systems when required
• Prepare daily service reports, material usage records, and maintenance documentation accurately and on time
• Drive company vehicle to attend multiple service locations across Dubai and other assigned areas when required
• Ensure proper housekeeping and cleanliness of work areas after completion of maintenance activities
• Assist in identifying opportunities for system improvement, energy efficiency, and preventive maintenance planning for residential properties

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
