MEP Technician (Expert)

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced MEP Technician (Expert) to join our maintenance and facility management team with strong hands-on skills in Mechanical and Electrical, Plumbing systems. The ideal candidate must be capable of independently handling installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair works related to complete MEP services in residential, commercial, or industrial facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical, and plumbing systems
• Carry out plumbing works including piping installation, leak detection, valve replacement, sanitary fixture installation, and drainage systems
• Perform maintenance of water supply, drainage, and sewage systems
• Diagnose and troubleshoot faults in MEP and plumbing systems efficiently
• Read and interpret MEP and plumbing drawings, layouts, and schematics
• Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance as per schedules
• Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, and site teams
• Maintain records of maintenance activities and work completion reports
• Respond to emergency breakdowns and urgent plumbing or MEP issues

Requirements:

• Minimum years of proven experience as an MEP Technician
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems and plumbing works
• Hands-on experience in plumbing installation, maintenance, and repairs
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Knowledge of safety practices and compliance standards
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and manuals
• ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, or related trade

Preferred Qualifications:

· Experience in facility management or building maintenance

· Knowledge of firefighting and pump systems

· Experience with BMS systems (added advantage)

· Valid driving license (added advantage)

Ability to attend multiple sites and emergency calls

Pay: From AED2,000.00 per month
