MEP Technician / Facilities Inspector

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform pre- and post-occupancy inspections using checklists and photo documentation
• Identify maintenance issues and coordinate with relevant teams
• Report property condition and damages accurately
• Maintain organized inspection records
• Liaise with tenants and internal departments for seamless operations

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
• 2–4 years experience in property inspection or facilities management
• Knowledge of basic property systems (plumbing, electrical, HVAC)
• Strong attention to detail, communication, and time management
• Must be fluent in English
