Position: Home Maintenance MEP Technician

Job Summary: As a Home Maintenance MEP Technician, you will play a vital role in our company's success by delivering high-quality maintenance services to our valued customers. Your responsibilities will include diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining various aspects of residential properties, such as electrical systems, plumbing fixtures, HVAC units, appliances, and general handyman work & repairs. Responsibilities:

- Perform maintenance and repair tasks in residential properties, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliances, and general handyman work & repairs.

- Diagnose issues accurately and provide effective solutions to ensure proper functioning and safety of various systems and equipment.

- Conduct routine inspections to identify maintenance needs and proactively address potential problems.

- Collaborate with team members and customers to effectively communicate project requirements, timelines, and recommendations.

- Maintain accurate records of performed work, including service reports, parts used, and time spent, to ensure proper documentation.

- Adhere to safety protocols and industry standards to ensure the well-being of both yourself and customers during maintenance operations.

- Continuously expand your knowledge and skills through training programs, workshops, and keeping up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the service process.

- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring tools and equipment are properly stored and maintained.

Requirements:

- Diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications or vocational training is a plus.

- Proven experience in home maintenance or related field, demonstrating proficiency in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general repairs.

- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities, with a keen eye for detail.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and team members.

- Enthusiasm for learning and a desire to further your career in the home maintenance industry.

- Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time to meet project deadlines.

- Valid driver's license and willing to relocate.

- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects, climb ladders, and perform tasks that require manual dexterity.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
