MEP Technician – with UAE Driving License

An MEP Technician (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing Technician) is responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in residential, commercial, and industrial facilities. The key duties include:

Key Responsibilities:

1.Mechanical Systems

Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including chillers, package units, split units, exhaust fans, and ventilation systems.

Perform preventive maintenance for air-conditioning and refrigeration equipment.

Troubleshoot mechanical faults and carry out corrective actions.

2.Electrical Systems

Install and maintain electrical wiring, panels, power distribution systems, switches, and lighting fixtures.

Diagnose electrical faults and rectify issues following safety standards.

Conduct routine inspections and ensure compliance with electrical codes.

3.Plumbing Systems

Install, repair, and maintain water supply lines, drainage systems, pumps, valves, and sanitary fixtures.

Identify leaks, blockages, and other plumbing issues and perform corrective repairs.
