Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced MEP Testing & Commissioning Engineer with a strong HVAC background and a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience, including at least 3 years of proven experience within the GCC region. You are required to have good communication, coordination skills, attention to detail, discretion, quality assurance & control and capable of handling responsibilities independently while maintaining confidentiality at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct site inspections to verify MEP installations as per IFC drawings
• Execute Testing & Commissioning of HVAC systems (Chillers, AHUs, FCUs, Ventilation systems)
• Perform pressure testing, duct leakage testing, water flushing, and chemical cleaning
• Review and validate TAB reports
• Coordinate BMS point-to-point testing and verify Sequence of Operations (SOO)
• Perform functional performance testing (FPT), loop checks, system integration tests, and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT)
• Prepare commissioning plans, checklists, method statements and reports
• Identify and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control-related issues
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety regulations, and industry standards

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on Testing & Commissioning experience
• At least 3 years of experience within the GCC
• Strong HVAC Testing & Commissioning experience
• Knowledge of commissioning practices as per ASHRAE Guideline 0
• Experience in TAB review, HVAC performance verification, and BMS integration
• Excellent written & spoken English
• Valid UAE Driving License
• Self-motivated and proactive self-learner
• Willingness to travel between project sites

Preferred:

• BCxP or CCP certification
