Profile-BIM MEP electrical/Mechanical

Job location -Pitampura,Delhi

Salary up to 15 lac

As a BIM (Building Information Modeling) MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and
Plumbing) Engineer, you will be responsible for utilizing BIM technology to design,
coordinate, and manage MEP systems within building projects. You will work
closely with architects, engineers, and construction professionals to ensure the
efficient integration and coordination of MEP systems in the overall building
design.
Responsibilities:
1. Building Information Modeling:

• Utilize BIM software (such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, or Trimble
• MEP) to develop accurate 3D models of MEP systems, includingHVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection.
• Create parametric families and templates for MEP components to

improve productivity and consistency.2. MEP Design and Coordination:integrate MEP systems into the building design.codes, and standards.resolve conflicts between MEP systems and other building elements.ensure proper integration and clash-free installation of MEP systems.

• Prepare detailed MEP drawings, schematics, diagrams, and schedules

using BIM software.

• Generate accurate quantity take-offs and cost estimates for MEP

systems.

• Create fabrication and installation drawings for MEP systems based

on design specifications.
