MEP/HVAC + Driver

Efixwise is currently hiring for the position of MEP/HVAC Maintenance Technician cum Driver with Holiday Homes or technical services company experience.

Job Description: As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of assigned projects/callouts.

• Conducting repairs on assigned locations.
• Paying attention to the assigned time frame.
• Troubleshooting and repairing HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems as needed.
• Responding to maintenance requests and addressing urgent issues in a timely manner.
• Collaborating with other team members to diagnose and resolve complex technical problems.
• Documenting maintenance activities, including repairs, parts used, and equipment status, for record-keeping purposes.
• Assisting in maintaining an inventory of spare parts and supplies.
• Recommending and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

Qualifications:

• UAE Driving licence - Manual is a MUST
• Familiarity with DUBAI roads and Bildings location
• Familiarity with facility managment procedures and requirement.
• Proven experience as a maintenance technician or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Flexibility to work on-call or during weekends or evenings as required.
