Duties

• Manage inventory control by accurately tracking stock levels.
• Load and unload merchandise safely using equipment such as pallet jacks and trays, adhering to safety protocols.
• Stock shelves with grocery products while maintaining attractive displays through merchandising techniques.
• Assist customers with product inquiries, provide excellent customer service, and support retail sales initiatives.
• Collaborate with team members on stocking, inventory management, and store maintenance to ensure operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience or retail sales background preferred; familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during stock replenishment or unloading activities.
• Experience operating equipment such as RF scanners, pallet jacks, or forklifts is desirable.
• Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail in inventory control and stock organization.
• Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a valuable asset for serving diverse customers.
• Knowledge of grocery store operations or produce handling is advantageous.
• Ability to work flexible hours in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of safety and cleanliness.
• Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly attitude that fosters positive shopping experiences.
