Merchandising & Facilities Specialist

Job Summary

We are seeking a versatile, physically capable, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Merchandising & Facilities Specialist. This essential dual-role ensures both the immaculate presentation of our showroom and the cleanliness and functional upkeep of our entire facility.

Key Responsibilities

I. Merchandising & Showroom Support

• Inventory Processing: Receive truck deliveries, accurately unbox items, tag merchandise, and assist with inventory accounting.
• Display Execution: Prepare items for display by hanging art, building and assembling displays, rearranging furniture, and ensuring all items are properly presented in the showroom.
• Customer Service: Assist with customer carryout, ensuring items are safely loaded.
• Physical Requirement: Must be able to safely and routinely lift and maneuver items weighing up to 70 pounds.

II. Facilities Maintenance & Building Upkeep

• Routine Cleaning: Ensure the showroom and facility are maintained and clean. Duties include cleaning restrooms, vacuuming, dusting, and mopping floors.
• General Maintenance: Responsible for light facility upkeep, including taking out trash, painting walls, replacing lightbulbs, and performing other small, necessary maintenance tasks around the building.

Schedule & Compensation

• Hours: This is a versatile position with hours ranging from 30 to 40 hours per week, depending on the schedule.
• Shift: Typically works a 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM shift.
• Requirements: Must be reliable, self-motivated, and capable of handling both physically demanding tasks and organizational duties.

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
