Merchandise Store Manager
Job description:
We are looking for a remote Store Manager to oversee our client's game/store platform’s store operations: product content, pricing, promotions, policies, and performance analytics.
You’ll coordinate with marketing, tech and customer service teams to ensure a smooth and attractive store experience for players.
Responsibilities:

Manage store content: add products, set pricing, update bundles and promotions.

Analyze sales data, promotions, subscriptions, digital products; propose improvements to increase revenue.

Coordinate with the tech team to ensure payment integration, UX, fix store-related issues.

Work with the marketing team to create campaigns, discounts, coupons for players.

Ensure compliance with commerce policies, data protection, and transaction transparency.
Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years experience managing a digital store, or digital commerce platform.

Strong analytical skills in reading sales/performance data.

Knowledge of payment systems, user experience, digital storefront interfaces.

Good communication skills

Ability to work remotely, make commercial decisions, and multitask in a dynamic environment
