MERCHANDISER ( Sharjah area) FMCG - Dairy product

Job responsibilities include :

• Ensure all dairy products (yogurt, cheese, ice cream etc.) are displayed in proper chillers and shelves as per company standards.
• Regularly check and maintain product freshness, expiry dates, and FIFO (First-In-First-Out) policy.
• Ensure chiller temperature and hygiene standards meet dairy product storage requirements.
• Refill stock, rotate items, and remove expired or damaged products immediately.
• Ensure all products have correct price tags, labels, and shelf talkers.
• Maintain visibility of promotional items and install POS (point-of-sale) materials like posters, wobblers, and shelf strips.
• Take regular photos and prepare merchandising reports for submission to management.
• Monitor competitor activities — pricing, visibility, promotions, and product launches and report findings.
• Suggest display improvements or marketing activities to increase brand visibility.
• Coordinate closely with the warehouse, delivery, and finance teams to ensure smooth sales operations.
• Submit daily market visit reports, sales summaries, and merchandising updates to the supervisor.
• Maintain proper documentation for stock returns, damaged goods, or promotional samples.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
• Ensure regular order collection and on-time delivery coordination with logistics and warehouse teams.
• Introduce new dairy products to customers and promote seasonal or promotional offers.
