Job description

TASK & REQUERMENT: -

• Knowledge of market procedures (Etihad, Lulu, Associations)
• Interest in displaying items and products well and holograms
• Receiving products from the delivery agent and supplying them in the branch warehouses
• Cooperation and coordination with branch management.
• Follow up the expiration date of the products accurately· Building relationships and constant communication with current and potential customers.
• Preparing any documents, & paperwork & agreement that the customer may need.
• Build good customer satisfaction & checking for after-sales services to our product.
• Addressing & explain any customer issues and reflected to the company's management.
• Preparing clear work plans (daily/weekly/monthly) to get the target mention.
• Periodic analysis of sales and customers to study consumer behaviour.
• Any additional tasks requested from the line manager.

SKILLS REQUIREMENT:-

• Ability to manage time
• Collaborate and coordinate professionally with the rest of the team
• Creating a good relationship with branch managers
• customer service skills
• Communication skills
• problem solving
• good user for Microsoft backed.
• Be open to build relationships with various clients.
• The high ability to memorize and recall to avoid missing customer requesting

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
