Job Title: Merchandiser – Men’s Apparel

Job Summary:

The Merchandiser will be responsible for planning, developing, and executing merchandising strategies for men's apparel. The role involves product selection, vendor coordination, price negotiation, and ensuring timely delivery while maintaining quality and cost efficiency.

• Enter purchase orders, style codes, product details, and shipment updates into the system manually with accuracy.
• Maintain and update buyer-wise order sheets, T&A (Time & Action) plans, and costing sheets.
• Coordinate with the sourcing, production, and quality departments to track order status and delivery timelines.
• Prepare and maintain fabric and trim follow-up sheets.
• Assist in preparing internal reports, summaries, and order status trackers.
• Ensure all manual records are aligned with system data and reflect the current status of orders.
• Follow up with suppliers and vendors for order confirmations and delivery updates.
• Provide administrative support to the merchandiser or merchandising team as required.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Textile Technology, Apparel Production, or a related field.

• Experience: 3-6 years of experience in merchandising, preferably in men’s apparel.

• Skills:
• Strong knowledge of fabrics, trims, and garment construction.
• Expertise in vendor management, costing, and production planning.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and merchandising software (ERP, PLM).
• Understanding of fashion trends and consumer behavior.
• Other: Ability to handle multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
