Merchandiser

We are looking for a detail-oriented Merchandiser for FMCG Division – Sharjah

Ø To ensure that our products are well displayed, adequately stocked, and effectively promoted in retail outlets.

Ø The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with store managers, optimizing shelf space, and ensuring timely collection of receivables.

Ø This role requires strong organizational skills, market awareness, and the ability to manage accounts efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Product Merchandising & Display Management:

Ensure proper display and visibility of products in retail stores, pharmacies, or supermarkets.

Arrange shelves, stands, and promotional materials as per company guidelines.

Monitor stock levels and coordinate with sales teams to prevent shortages.

Ensure compliance with brand standards and promotional agreements.

2. Sales & Customer Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers and purchasing personnel.

Ensure smooth execution of sales promotions and marketing campaigns.

Provide feedback on customer preferences, competitor activities, and market trends.

Work closely with the sales team to ensure products meet customer demand.

3. Receivables & Collection Management:

Ensure that invoices are correctly processed and delivered to customers.

Follow up with retailers and distributors to ensure timely payments.

Track outstanding receivables and coordinate with the finance team to reduce overdue accounts.

Address any payment disputes and assist in resolving collection issues.

Maintain accurate records of accounts, sales, and collection activities.

4. Market & Business Development:

Identify opportunities to increase product visibility and sales in retail stores.

Suggest improvements in display techniques and promotional activities.

Stay updated on competitor product placements and pricing strategies.

Qualifications & Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

· Having Driving License and own car.
