Merchandiser

• Set up attractive product displays in showrooms, retail outlets, or partner stores
• Monitor stock levels at sales points and coordinate with warehouse and procurement teams for replenishments.
• Arrange Local Purchase Orders (LPO) from all outlets based on stock levels to ensure optimal inventory availability and prevent stockouts or overstocking.
• Conduct regular stock checks to avoid shortages or overstocking
• Report discrepancies or issues related to stock movement
• Gather and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences related to kitchenware
• Support sales teams by providing merchandising insights and assisting during promotional campaigns
• Coordinate with retailers or distributors to implement promotional displays and sales events
• Prepare regular reports for management review and strategic planning
• Ensure shelves are well-stocked, organized, and products are presented according to brand guidelines
• Monitor and improve product visibility and presentation to enhance customer appeal
• Minimum 2–3 years of merchandising experience, preferably in household/kitchenware products
• Valid UAE driving license (manual or automatic)
• Familiarity with Abu Dhabi retail market and routes
