As a Helper and Merchandiser, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our merchandise is attractively displayed and that our store environment is welcoming and organized. Your primary responsibility will involve assisting customers, restocking shelves, and maintaining the cleanliness of the sales floor. In addition to these tasks, you will work closely with management to execute merchandising plans and promotional displays that effectively showcase our products. Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics are essential as you will be responsible for creating appealing product arrangements that enhance the shopping experience. Responsibilities

• Restock shelves and ensure that products are organized and displayed appropriately.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the sales floor and storage areas.
• Help in boxing and unboxing orders
• Merchandising products at outlets in appropriate manner
• Help in packing orders for customers
• Help in the setup and teardown of seasonal and promotional displays.

Requirements

• Previous experience in retail or customer service is advantageous.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
• physically fit
• Ability to work well in a team environment and independently.
• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for merchandising and presentation.
• Ability to lift and move merchandise, as well as stand for extended periods.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR1,000.00 - QAR1,500.00 per month
