Create new fashion designs by combining traditional styles with modern trends and current market demand.
Select and source quality fabrics and materials required for production.
Monitor the full production process to ensure timely delivery and high-quality standards.
Meet potential clients, develop new business opportunities, and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
Visit assigned Modern Trade outlets (at least 6–8 outlets daily) to check product placement and visibility.
Ensure shelves, POS materials, and promotional displays are properly arranged as per company guidelines.
Carry out product sampling and consumer engagement activities to increase brand awareness and encourage product trials.
Collect daily orders from outlets and work consistently to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Make sure all company products are available and properly displayed in the assigned outlets.
Focus on selling near-expiry products first to reduce wastage and maintain proper stock rotation.
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on merchandising, sales, and sampling activities.
Coordinate regularly with outlet managers and the sales team to ensure smooth product supply and promotional execution.
Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor or management.
Education:
Bachelor of Fine Arts (B.F.A) in Fashion Designing, or
Honors degree in Fashion Designing or Merchandising.
Experience:
Minimum 2 years of experience in boutique or fashion-related businesses.
Additional Requirements:
Strong understanding of fashion trends, fabric selection, and merchandising techniques.
Good communication and client-handling skills.
Ability to meet sales targets and manage multiple outlets effectively.
Strong organizational and reporting skills.
Willingness to travel regularly for outlet visits and market activities.
