Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and creative Merchandiser to manage product presentation, inventory levels, and promotional displays to maximize sales and profitability. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for aesthetics, analytical skills, and a deep understanding of consumer behavior and retail trends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement merchandising strategies that align with sales goals and brand standards.
- Ensure in-store product displays are attractive, well-stocked, and aligned with company marketing campaigns.
- Analyze sales reports and trends to forecast inventory needs and determine product placement.
- Coordinate with buying, logistics, and store teams to ensure timely product delivery and inventory accuracy.
- Conduct regular store visits to monitor merchandising effectiveness and provide feedback.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Develop planograms and visual displays to enhance customer experience and drive sales.
- Assist in promotional planning and execution, including signage, pricing, and seasonal rollouts.
- Train store staff on merchandising standards and best practices.

Pay: AED1,800.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
