Position Overview

We are seeking a Merchandiser to represent our brand across our client network. This role is hands-on and highly mobile—you’ll spend most of your time visiting accounts, refreshing displays, setting up sample towers, and ensuring all merchandising materials reflect current product offerings and trends.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular visits to retail and trade accounts to maintain an elevated brand presence.
• Set up and refresh sample towers, displays, and showroom materials.
• Update, replace, and organize product samples, labels, and brochures.
• Communicate new products, launches, and design trends to accounts.
• Build strong relationships with clients and act as a brand ambassador.
• Provide feedback from the field to internal teams.
• Manage inventory of samples, marketing materials, and display components.
• Significant local and regional travel required.

Requirements

• Previous experience in merchandising, inventory/display management, or field representation preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• This is a very physical position - Ability to lift medium to heavy materials (sample boxes, stone pieces, display units).
• Must have a reliable personal vehicle or truck suitable for transporting product samples and merchandising materials.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently.
• Interest in the design, building materials, or surfaces industry is a plus.
• Must be available to work Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm and every other Saturday (half day 10-2).
• Based in Austin with daily routes in Austin Metro Area, Hill Country, San Antonio, Central Texas, Other areas in Texas as needed.
