. Our mission is to create durable garments that do not compromise on ethics. We’re looking for a
Merchandiser
to keep our production running smoothly and efficiently—from sourcing materials to shipping finished garments.
What You’ll Do:

Manage inventory and materials:
maintain up‑to‑date fabric and accessory records, calculate material requirements and issue supplies to production teams.

Source and procure responsibly:
identify fabrics, trims and accessories aligned with design briefs; negotiate fair pricing and place orders with local and international suppliers.

Coordinate sampling and production:
prepare order confirmations, arrange lab dips and sample approvals, track production schedules and flag potential delays to management.

Own documentation and logistics:
generate purchase orders, pro‑forma invoices, packing lists and airway bills; liaise with couriers to ensure on‑time, accurate shipments.

Build relationships:
nurture strong relationships with suppliers, logistics providers and internal teams; collaborate on product availability updates and ensure high-quality standards.
What You Bring:

A degree in textiles, fashion, business or a related field, plus 2–3 years of merchandising experience (home textiles or garments preferred).

Knowledge of fabrics, trims, garment construction, quality control and production processes.

Strong negotiation and communication skills; fluency in English is preferred.

Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with inventory management systems.

Excellent organisation and time‑management skills; you thrive in a fast‑paced environment and handle multiple deadlines gracefully.
