Job Summary:

The Merchandiser is responsible for ensuring that products are properly displayed, well-stocked, and presented attractively to maximize sales and enhance the shopping experience. The role involves monitoring stock levels, maintaining shelf standards, and coordinating with the purchasing and warehouse teams for timely replenishment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Arrange and display products on shelves according to store planograms and display standards.
  • Ensure products are clean, properly labeled, and within expiry dates.
  • Monitor stock levels and report shortages or slow-moving items to the supervisor.
  • Rotate products regularly (FIFO – First In, First Out) to reduce wastage and expired items.
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of assigned sections.
  • Check and update price tags, promotions, and signage.
  • Assist in receiving deliveries and verifying quantities and product quality.
  • Coordinate with the store and warehouse teams for stock replenishment.
  • Support promotional displays, seasonal setups, and product launches.
  • Provide product information and assistance to customers when required.
  • Follow all store safety, hygiene, and operational procedures.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,800.00 - AED2,200.00 per month
