Merchandising Data Entry Administrator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Merchandising Data Entry Admin & Analyst to support the product management team of a prominent lifestyle apparel company. Responsibilities:

• Accurately and efficiently enter product information into relevant databases and systems, including product descriptions, attributes, pricing, sizing, color options, and inventory details.
• Maintain and update existing product data, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all platforms.
• Assist in the preparation of reports, spreadsheets, analysis of data and presentations related to merchandising data and insights.
• Collaborate with the team to identify and resolve data discrepancies or inconsistencies.
• Assist in the preparation for product launches and seasonal transitions by ensuring all relevant data is accurately entered and updated.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams (e.g., Product Line Management, Merchandising, Product Development, Planning, and Operations) regarding data-related inquiries.
• Adhere to data entry procedures and quality control standards.
