We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Gift Basket Manager to lead this key category in our store.

Pay Transparency:The salary range is $52k to $62k annually. Starting salary will vary based on criteria such as location, experience, and qualifications. There may be flexibility for exceptional candidates. The total comp package yearly can include 12 days PTO, 40 hrs of sick time, 6 recognized holidays, 401k match of up to 7%, Pet insurance, EPA benefits, 30% discount, and so much more!

Position Summary

The Gift Basket Manager is responsible for curating, assembling, and managing all aspects of our gift basket operations. This includes selecting products, coordinating with vendors, leading a small team, ensuring inventory accuracy, and collaborating with sales and marketing. The ideal candidate is equal parts creative and organized, with a strong eye for design and a passion for gourmet products.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and assemble themed gift baskets using high-end food and beverage products.

• Manage product inventory and place orders with vendors to maintain stock levels.

• Train, supervise, and schedule staff assigned to gift basket assembly.

• Ensure consistency in quality, packaging, and presentation across all gift baskets.

• Oversee custom gift basket requests, working directly with customers to meet specific needs.

• Monitor sales performance, track inventory turnover, and adjust selections as needed.

• Collaborate with marketing and in-store merchandising teams to promote baskets during peak seasons and events.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area in compliance with safety and food handling standards.

• Maintaining current selections on website to include updating pictures, selections, promotions

Required Skills & Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with visual merchandising or retail display.

• Knowledge of food safety and handling procedures.

• Creative background (e.g., event planning, design, culinary arts) is a plus.
• Online Merchandise posting & Management (eg- Etsy)
