Responsibilities

Work cross-functionally with stakeholders including product, operations, engineering and sales to coordinate a seamless merchant onboarding experience

Performing know your customer, anti-money laundering and risk checks on merchant accounts

Work closely with fraud and AML departments in order to maintain merchants’ profile in accordance with the company’s standards

Assist with new merchant onboarding including answering questions from internal and external contacts
-
Identify, own and implement process improvements so our service to our merchants is continuously being improved
-
Monitor existing applications through lifecycle to ensure successful boarding of new merchants
-
Work in coordination with banks and commercial institutions
Qualifications

Relevant business experience, including client facing roles
-
Strong understanding of best practice KPIs for measuring customer support success

Up-to-date knowledge of of industry methods and techniques

Good understanding of e-commerce/card payments is essential, industry experienced is preferred
-
Can be flexible to work weekends, holidays and/or extended hours as needed

Ability to work independently and in a team
