TSP is a fast-growing startup on a mission to connect merchants and consumers through a seamless digital platform. We are building an ecosystem where local and regional businesses can showcase their Services, promotions, and offers to a wide audience. As we scale, we are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Merchant Sales & Onboarding Executive to join our founding team.
As the Merchant Sales & Onboarding Executive at TSP, you will be the primary point of contact for new merchants joining our platform. You will own the end-to-end onboarding process. From initial outreach and signing, through to ensuring each merchant's profile is fully set up, accurately listed, and ready to attract customers. This is a part time high-impact, front line role with direct earning potential through performance based commissions.
Key Responsibilities
Merchant Acquisition & Onboarding
- Identify, approach, and pitch potential merchants to join the TSP platform
- Manage the full onboarding journey from initial sign-up to live listing
- Conduct in-person sessions with new merchants
- Ensure all merchant agreements, documentation, and compliance requirements are completed accurately
Merchant Listings & Content Management
- Accurately upload and manage merchant profiles, including business details, categories, and descriptions
- Collect, review, and upload high-quality photos of merchant Venue/services
- Create, publish, and maintain merchant offers, deals, and promotions on the platform
- Regularly audit listings for accuracy, completeness, and brand consistency
- Coordinate with merchants to keep their offers, pricing, and availability up to date
Merchant Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for onboarded merchants post sign-up
- Build strong, long-term relationships with merchants to drive platform engagement
- Proactively gather merchant feedback and relay insights to the product and operations team
- Resolve merchant queries and escalate issues when required
Sales Reporting & CRM
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on onboarding numbers, listing progress, and sales performance
- Track and report commission-eligible merchant activations accurately
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Liaise with the marketing team to align merchant promotions with platform campaigns
- Collaborate with the tech/ops team to flag listing errors or platform issues
- Participate in team meetings, strategy sessions, and startup-wide initiatives
What We're Looking For
- 2-3 years of experience in sales, field sales, business development, or account management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills , you are confident talking to business owners.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail, especially for content and data accuracy.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
- Fluency in English and Urdu required; other languages are a strong advantage
- Valid driving license and own transport preferred for field visits
Pay: Rs20,000.00 per month
