As our M&A portfolio continues to scale, we are seeking a driven, high-performance M&A Deal Maker with a strong commercial and sales-oriented mindset. The ideal candidate is capable of leading client engagement, securing new mandates, and accelerating growth across our advisory and capital markets practice.

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly driven and strategically minded M&A Manager to support Handle's expansion across the corporate and investment landscape. The ideal candidate has strong experience engaging with multipliers, platforms, and strategic partners to identify high-value opportunities and strengthen Handle's deal pipeline.

This role is front-facing and performance-oriented, focused on deal origination, market mapping, and relationship development with key stakeholders. Working closely with our Senior Partners, you will help reinforce Handle's presence in the M&A ecosystem, support investor and client outreach, and contribute directly to the growth of our transaction portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, engage, and acquire new clients and investors across corporate, private equity, and family office segments.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers and investment professionals.
  • Support the origination of M&A mandates, joint ventures, and strategic investment opportunities.
  • Conduct market research and competitive mapping to identify potential partners and emerging opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the M&A and Strategy teams to align client needs with Handle's service offerings.
  • Participate in industry events, investor forums, and networking platforms to enhance visibility and generate qualified leads.
  • Drive measurable sales performance through structured outreach, relationship nurturing, and closing new mandates.
  • Maintain a high level of product and market knowledge to communicate Handle's unique value proposition effectively.
  • Contribute to the preparation of pitch materials, proposals, and client presentations.
Qualifications
  • 5-8 years of experience in M&A, corporate development, private equity, investment banking, or strategic advisory.
  • Experience engaging with founders, business owners, and C-level executives, ideally with a focus on identifying and evaluating acquisition or investment opportunities.
  • Proven track record in pipeline building, opportunity origination, and relationship-driven deal sourcing.
  • Strong exposure to Middle East or European markets is preferred; GCC experience is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to convert commercial conversations into actionable opportunities or mandates.
  • Experience with platforms and Sector-Focused Booths (Industry-Specific Outreach).
