Job Description – Team Lead MERN Stack Developer (Evervent Private Limited)

Position: Team Lead – MERN Stack Developer
Experience Required:

• MERN Stack Development: 5–6 Years (Mandatory)
• Team Lead / Team Handling Experience: 1–3 Years

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced MERN Stack Developer with strong team leadership capabilities. The candidate will be responsible for development, team management, attendance monitoring, and leave approvals along with project delivery ownership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain MERN stack applications
• Write clean, scalable, and efficient code
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams
• Ensure timely project delivery
• Mentor and guide junior developers
• Lead and manage the development team effectively

Technical Skills Required:

• Strong hands-on experience in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js
• Good understanding of REST APIs and database design
• Experience with Git and version control systems
• Should play the role of the system architect – envisage, design and build complex software.
• Should have a hands-o n experience on AI
• Knowledge of deployment and cloud environment is a plus

Preferred Qualification:

• IIT Alumni OR Candidates pursuing PG from IIT will be preferred

Soft Skills:

• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Problem-solving and decision-making ability
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹114,000.00 per month
