MERN Full Stack Developer

Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and maintain web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).

• Build responsive and user-friendly frontend interfaces using React.js and modern JavaScript frameworks.

• Design and develop RESTful APIs and backend services using Node.js and Express.js.

• Integrate frontend components with backend services and databases efficiently.

• Optimize application performance, security, and scalability.

• Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code following best practices.

• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, QA teams, and project managers for smooth project execution.

• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues across the stack.

• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of development standards.

• Work on third-party API integrations and external service integrations.

• Ensure adherence to project timelines, technical requirements, and quality benchmarks.

• Stay updated with the latest MERN stack technologies and industry trends.

Requirements and skills :

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience as a MERN Full Stack Developer.

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB.

• Experience with RESTful API development and integration.

• Good understanding of frontend technologies including HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design.

• Familiarity with state management libraries (Redux or similar) is a plus.

• Experience working with databases, schema design, and query optimization.

• Basic understanding of authentication, authorization, and security best practices.

• Experience with Git or other version control systems.

• Ability to understand project requirements and convert them into technical solutions.

• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Experience working in an IT services or client-based environment is an advantage.
